The public and schools are welcome to suggest motions to the Organisers. Please submit motions and personal information on or before 31 March 2025 (no. of entries are not limited while a maximum of 4 motions can be submitted at one time for either English or Chinese).

Besides, 'Best Motion Award' will be presented this year to encourage more participation. Assessment for the ‘Best Motion Award’ is based on the criteria including: debatabilty ; topicality and news worthiness ; and value to Liberal Studies learning. Participants may choose to elaborate each of their suggested motions according to the judging criteria under 200 words. Best Motion Award (1 winner in each Section) will be awarded. A certificate of merit will be presented to each winner at the Grand Final. For details, please click here.
